We reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the website. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the website when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our website.

Pricing

Retail prices are in US Dollars and will include California State Taxes. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without further notice.

Placing an Order & Payment

When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). We accept orders through the PayPal payment system and all major credit cards. Payment will be made immediately on completion of your online order. Your offer to purchase is accepted when your credit card is charged or processed through your credit card account and an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email account confirming this.

Availability of Goods

Occasionally due to an inventory system error, one or more of your items will be unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) or offered a substitute or alternative product, and any remaining items will be shipped to you. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made).

Refunds

You may return a product that you have purchased only if the product is faulty. You must contact Party Animals within 3 days of receiving the product for details of how to receive a replacement or refund. We’ll do our best to sort things out for you asap! If we ask you to return an item to us, please choose an insured shipping method so that we can reimburse if you if it is damaged/missing in transit. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging. Or you may be required to provide a photograph of the fault for refund to be considered. We will repair, replace or refund items that are considered reasonably faulty.


PLEASE NOTE: Balloons are Balloons therefore in nature they are fragile. We use the highest quality latex balloon available, however please use great care when inflating. Balloons are nonrefundable. 

We are not able to offer exchanges on sale items for change of mind

Changes and Cancellations

Once placed through our website orders are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is shipped please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it. Custom orders can not be changed, refunded or cancelled once payment is finalized.

During sales we are not able to add or change orders once final.
