These confetti balloons are super easy to assemble. The balloon opening is larger than the confetti, so no tools are needed to insert the confetti into the balloon.
The confetti is machine cut from premium grade tissue paper, for crisp edges and rich color. It falls slowly and flutters like snow when the balloon is popped, giving you plenty of time to bask in its glory and snap the perfect photo.
